The captain gets a private message from the bot on Discord to confirm it
The captain must confirm within 48 hours
Staff will review and approve the final change

Se non è ancora nel server, la richiesta resta in attesa e parte da sola appena entra. / If they are not in the server yet, the request waits and goes ahead as soon as they join.
