2.1 Team Registration Form

When registering a team for the league, we collect: team name and abbreviation, captain’s in-game name (IGN), Discord username, and email address, as well as each player’s IGN, Discord username, and role. This data is used to manage team participation and contact team captains for league operations.

2.2 Player Add/Remove Request Form

When submitting a roster change request, we collect: player IGN, role, team affiliation, and the captain’s email address. This data is used solely to process and confirm the roster change.

2.3 Coaching Request Form

When booking a coaching session, we collect: in-game name (IGN), Discord username, email address, current rank, OP.GG profile link (optional), chosen lane, and a description of improvement goals. This data is used to match you with a coach, send you a booking confirmation email, and coordinate the session. Your data is also shared with the assigned coach for session management purposes.

2.4 Coach Application Form

When applying to become a coach, we collect: in-game name (IGN), Discord username, email address, current and peak rank, OP.GG link (optional), lanes of interest, coaching experience, motivation, and availability. This data is used exclusively to evaluate your application internally. We will contact you privately if we decide to proceed.

3. How We Use Your Data

To manage league registrations and roster changes.
To coordinate and confirm coaching sessions.
To contact you via email or Discord for matters directly related to your request.
To store session and application records for internal administrative purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g. sharing coaching session details with the assigned coach).

4. Data Retention

Data collected through our forms is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion. Registration and coaching session records may be kept for the duration of the current season for operational continuity.

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for correct operation (WordPress session cookies). No profiling or third-party marketing cookies are used.
